The chef Frédéric Carrion first opened his restaurant 7 years ago.
Frédéric Carrion embarked on this adventure in 2002, when he and his wife bought this lovely house in Viré.
Frédéric Carrion is a “local lad”, born in Saint-Martin-sous-Montaigu (71). For the love of cooking, he aspired to being trained only in prestigious restaurants, all of which have been awarded stars in the Michelin guide: La Tour d’Argent and the Relais Louis XIII in Paris, the Domaine de Rochevilaine (Brittany), Paul Bocuse in Collonges-au-Mont-d'Or, L'auberge du Lyon d'Or in Geneva…
With a desire to settle in a wine area, the Chef came back to Saône-et-Loire to open up his own restaurant.
In 2009, Frédéric Carrion was awarded his first star in the Michelin Guide. |
